Elizabeth, VERY nice! We have bluebells here in the SE of PA and sometimes they have a little tinge of pink on them, they are so special!

Wow bluebells with some pink must be spectacular to look at !! thanks for the compliment Anne :)

Your variety of subjects and locations around the world is very refreshing, Elizabeth. This is absolutely splendid. Last August I took a break from the American southwest and painted a setting in Belgium called A Secret Garden. Just a simple silhouette dusk painting but something that I was moved to do!........................FAV / LIKE

I wish I can see these forests for real some day. Thanks so much Jerry for encouraging me as always :)

Artist's Description

The famous Bluebell Forests of Belgium to me is one of nature's most magnificent magic shows. A friend shared some photographs with me from his stint in Belgium, The little specks of yellow - I presume dandelions, break the monotony of dense blues and thick undergrowth.
I liked how the sun could still find some place to peek through and lighten up the forest path.
The Canvas has a board base.

About Elizabeth Mundaden

Elizabeth Mundaden

I've been painting for a good part of my life now but I still feel like an amateur at best. There is so much more to try, and to learn, and to perfect. Knowing that the quest will never end is both an exciting and humbling realization. I taught myself how to paint on egg shells 15 years ago and keep adding to my collection of high-detail eggcraft mostly on chicken egg shells. Painting on small surfaces fascinates me. I dabble in acrylics, am teaching myself watercolors and am still in awe of oils. I'm so glad there are sites like FAA which bring us artists together so that we can be inspired by each other and all the great talent out there. Thanks very much for stopping by.
